Our Process

STRATEGY
A complimentary 30-minute discovery call (via Zoom videoconference) will be conducted to discuss your current landscape, gaps, opportunities, and long-term goals. If you are new to the remote world or need some enhancements, we will meet you where you’re at so we can visualize your vision. We will delve into specific topics or pain point related to working remotely.
ASSESSMENT
After our strategy session you will receive an in-depth questionnaire, we will assess our discussion, compile our findings and you will receive a strategic remote productivity plan that provides next steps ranging from a one-time session to a 8-to-12 week customized program. This all depends on your remote needs.


DEVELOPMENT
